SUMMARY:Free Spay and Neuter Event: TNVR Community Cats & Owned Pets
DESCRIPTION:We are partnering with The PAW Mission to provide free spay and neuter services in unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County for eligible Trap\, Neuter\, Vaccinate\, and Return (TNVR) community cats and owned pets. \nFor the community cats\, the trapping address must be located in the San Bernardino County unincorporated service areas.  For owned pets\, the owned pet must reside in the San Bernardino unincorporated County service areas. A limit of 4 owned pets per household may receive this service. \nView our service area map to see if the community cat or owned pet qualifies. Locations colored in “blue” and\n“brown” on the map are eligible for this program. San Bernardino County Animal Care contract cities are not eligible at this time. \nQualifying community cats will receive the following: \n\nFree vaccinations\nFree spay/neuter surgery\nCat will be ear-tipped for TNVR identification\n\nQualifying owner pets will receive the following: \n\nFree rabies vaccines\nFree spay/neuter surgery\n\nThis event will be held on Monday\, July 20 at Baker Family Learning Center in Muscoy\, located at 2818 N. Macy St.\, Muscoy. Registration opens Monday\, July 13\, at 12 p.m. at thepawmission.org. \nA $20 refundable deposit is required for each appointment.

During the event\, please bring a photo ID to verify your residency. If your photo ID isn’t current\, a recent utility bill can also be used with your ID as proof of residence. Please ensure dogs are kept on a leash and cats are brought in individual carriers. Preregister now on the event webpage—complete your intake forms in advance. \nServices Offered\nServices Offered:\n• Free pet microchipping\n• Pet ownership resources\n• Dog licensing: To qualify for the discounted licensing price\, you will need to bring proof of your pet’s spay/neuter. Additionally\, proof of a previous rabies vaccine is required to receive a license. If your pet does not have proof of a rabies vaccine\, they may receive the vaccine at the event before obtaining the license.\n• Vaccinations: $10 each (FVRCP\, Rabies\, Bordetella\, DA2PP\, Leptospirosis) If you would like to receive a 3-year rabies vaccine instead of a 1-year vaccine\, you must provide proof of the previous rabies vaccination. \nPlease complete our intake forms before the event: \n\nEnglish Intake Form\nSpanish Intake Form
