Animal Care Officers

Animal Care Officers (ACOs) patrol our service areas every day and are available to respond to urgent calls after hours and on major holidays.

Before requesting assistance, please check if you are within our service areas.

If you are uncertain who provides service for a location, enter the address on our service area map (use Google Chrome) to find the responsible Animal Control Agency and/or shelter.

Include the following information, if available:

  • checkedLocation/address for service
  • checkedDirection of travel of animals
  • checkedName of animal (if known)
  • checkedBreed of animal (if known)
  • checkedColor of animal
  • checkedSize of animal
  • checkedCollars, identifying marks, etc.
  • checkedAddress of where animal lives (if known)
  • checkedContact information of pet owner (if known)
