The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health (DPH), Animal Care (AC) is inviting applications, from organizations and firms that are both interested and qualified to conduct a comprehensive Trap – Neuter – Return + Vaccination (TNR+V) program in the County’s Animal Care service areas. The TNR+V Program is one of the most effective methods for controlling the overpopulation of community cats. Furthermore, the TNR+V Program will open avenues for engaging with the public in outreach, educational efforts, and collaborative endeavors related to the management of community cats and disease prevention.

ePro applications are now being accepted!

Applications must be received no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024, in the official Electronic Procurement System for San Bernardino County, known as ePro.

For new users, registration can be completed by following the steps in the link HERE.
For registered users, simply log on to your ePro account to apply.

Non-registered applicants who would like to access the RFP for TNRV in ePro:

  1. Click into ePro: https://epro.sbcounty.gov/bso/.
  2. Click the search bar and type in Bid No. 5182 under Bid Solicitation.
  3. Scroll down to File Attachments and click on the link.
