The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health (DPH), Animal Care (AC) is inviting applications, from organizations and firms that are both interested and qualified to conduct a comprehensive Trap – Neuter – Return + Vaccination (TNR+V) program in the County’s Animal Care service areas. The TNR+V Program is one of the most effective methods for controlling the over population of community cats. Furthermore, the TNR+V Program will open avenues for engaging with the public in outreach, educational efforts, and collaborative endeavors related to the management of community cats and disease prevention.

Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023, and must follow guidelines stated in the Request for Application for Trap – Neuter – Return + Vaccination and include all required documents as indicated on the Proposal Checklist.
