A special veterinary mobile services event for residents in the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County, proudly sponsored by the Animals aRe First Fund (ARFF). This event is by appointment only.

Please enter your address in our service area map at animalcare.sbcounty.gov/serviceareas to confirm if your pet qualifies.

During the event, a valid ID is required to verify your residency. If you do not have a valid ID, please bring a recent utility bill as proof of residence. Please ensure dogs are kept on a leash and cats are brought in non-cardboard individual carriers.

Appointment-based services include:

  • Free spay and neuter surgery

Pet must meet basic health requirements and pass a wellness check at drop-off for surgery.

  • Free pet microchipping
  • Dog licensing

To qualify for the discounted licensing price, you will need to bring proof of your pet’s spay/neuter. Additionally, proof of a previous rabies vaccine is required to receive a license. If your pet does not have proof of a rabies vaccine, they may receive the vaccine at the event before obtaining the license.

  • Low-cost vaccinations: $10 each

(FVRCP, Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP, Leptospirosis) If you would like to receive a 3-year rabies vaccine instead of a 1-year vaccine, you must provide proof of the previous rabies vaccination.

We anticipate high demand for this event. Appointments are limited and filled first-come, first-served. Can’t get an appointment this time? Follow us for future opportunities.
